REFUND POLICY

All refunds are subjected to the final decision made by GALA FOOD PTE LTD. Refunds will not be accepted in the event where

1.     Customer is unable to provide supporting evidence for refund

2.     Request for refund is initiated after 3 days of purchase

REFUND PROCESS

Any request for refund must be accompanied by pictures, reason for refund and order number or invoice, within 3 days of purchase. Once your request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 7 days for us to process the refund. You may send in your refund request to our customer service contact in our contact page.


The above will be based on the judgement by GALA FOOD PTE LTD. We may at any point, amend our refund policy without prior notice given to the customers.
